The Divine Wind flowing out of those born of the Spirit within

I have been doing SJ meditation for last 2 months and have a common problem.

I am experiencing cool breeze on left hand consistently but nothing on the right hand. I have also experienced cool breeze all over body (central channel) during meditation but experiencing cool breeze on the right hand is possible only in front of Mataji's photo. I can experience some minor cool breeze (not like left hand) with strong desire to feel it on right hand but not otherwise.

I am also doing foot-soaking regularly but no sign of removing negativity. I do not know how long the foot-soaking is to be done. I am depressed since I feel something wrong which is obstructing me.

Experts on this issue may please enlighten me and others since this is a common problem.

i just found this quote regarding the cool breeze (ruah) you are feeling and have added it for your information.

Katherene, you are one of the few SYs whom i know feels cool breeze all over the body. This is a far cry from the vast majority who only feel the cool breeze on their hands and fontannel area. Indeed you are well advanced than most SYs as far as the subtle system is concerned. Even i have not felt cool breeze coming out of my body even after a decade in Sahaja Yoga. i can say with confidence that most SYs have not reached your level yet.

Shri Mataji has said that spiritual ascend does not depend on age or seniority, as your case exemplifies. There are a number of SYs who did not feel the cool breeze for years. One of them is the moderator on this forum, Dr. Balwinder, who had to go to Belapur, India in order to feel the cool breeze.

So you really should not be guilty about not feeling cool breeze on your right hand. You should also stop footsoaking or doing any other treatments. Sooner or later the Mother Kundalini will clear the minor blockage (i call it minor because you do feel cool breeze before Shri Mataji's photo).

So Katherene you really do not have to do anything except to continue meditating. Those who are advanced in Sahaja Yoga use the Mother Kundalini, and not the treatments, to overcome their problems. Treatments should be used for major problems and your case does not justify footsoaking etc. Give yourself more time because 2 months is just too little a time for the Mother Kundalini to heal subtle system problems. In your case i do not see any need for any treatments. You are already well advanced.

i have a recent photograph that shows vibrations/cool breeze/divine wind flowing out of two devotees of Shri Mataji. Probably the photo was taken during the recent May 2005 Puja at Cabella, Italy.

Please note that the person bowing has the cool breeze still suspended at its original position i.e., when he was still standing straight.

Of course, you people don't read other books which are very good, like Adi Shankaracharya, People don't even like the mention of his name who has really and clearly said that it is the cool breeze; the chaitanya is to be felt like cool breeze in the hands. They do not want that you should know the truth. And this is the truth that when you get your realization, you have to feel the cool breeze in your hands yourself. You have to judge yourself. I'm not going to tell you. It is you who has to see, it is you who has to feel, and then you have to grow and you have to know all and everything; all the secrets of Divine Science. You become the master then, you are the guru.

You are the Spirit, and you should get it. It's your own which is given to you. I have nothing to do about it. I'm just a catalyst."
